The population is advised to dress warmly, consume plenty of liquids, and eat foods rich in vitamin C, as well as to see a doctor in case of respiratory illness symptoms.
On the other hand, for the evening, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) forecasts a warm to hot environment with maximum temperatures between 27 and 29 degrees. Winds from the south are expected at 10 to 20 km/h with gusts of up to 55 km/h, as well as the possible formation of dust storms, due to the presence of cold front number 33 extending over southeastern Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula, causing showers and heavy rains.
